Navigation Overview (Viewing the "My Pools" Screen)

1 -	My Picks View Standings, Make your picks, Message Board, Prizes displayed.
2 -	My Pools View all your pools, Join a Pool, Create a New Pool. Pool Administrators will see the "Administrator" link to control all entries, scoring, use the email builder, remove entries, correct users picks, make notes.
3 -	My Info Change your profile, change your password.
4 -	"Select" Column - switch between multiple entries/pools by clicking the button and making it active. The red arrow on the left shows which is current. Upper right hand corner of the site (not pictured here) also shows the current pool and entry your on.
5 -	"My Picks" Column - click this link to go to the "My Picks" area. Same as clicking #1 "My Picks"
6 -	"Entry Name" Column - click the link to edit an entry name.
7 -	"Pool Name" Column - shows the name of the pool you are in.
8 -	"Sport" Column - shows the name of sports type of the pool, we offer various sports pools and contests.
9 -	"Type" Column - shows the type of Pool. College Basketball bracket pools have 4 different types of pools, one starting each round.
10 -	"Open" Column - displays "Yes" if the pool is open to changes. "No" if the pool is closed to user changes. **Administrators can edit, add after the pool is closed.
11 -	"Entry Type" Column - displays the type of entry (Administrator or Player).
12 -	"Entry Type" Column - Administrators will have a "Manage My Pool" button for an active entry. You can always click on #2 - Administrator link from the main navigation as well.
13 -	"New Entry" Column - Administrators will always see this link allowing them to create a new entry. Players will see this link if the Pool is setup for multiple entries.

My Picks

1 -	Standings Click the Standings link to view current rankings. "View Standings without having to login" allows just that.
2 -	Make Picks (One region at a time) - for those users that can not scroll or see the full bracket. Make Picks( Full Bracket ) - fill in your bracket quickly by choosing the Winner, your picks cascade back in earlier rounds.
3 -	Print My Bracket (PDF) Print your bracket in PDF, requires Adobe 7.0
4 -	Compare My Picks (Network Wide) Displays your picks in full bracket with comparison numbers of all entries in the system.
5 -	Pool Message Board Enter messages with your pool members.
6 -	Pool Prizes See the pool prizes, if the Pool Administrator entered them.

Make Picks (Full Bracket)

1 -	When filling out the full bracket, if you choose winners in later games your picks will cascade back to earlier games.
	Be sure to save your picks by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.

Make Picks (One Region at a time)

1 -	Fill in each regions picks then the Final 3+1 last (it will pull your regional winners over allowing you to only select valid teams)
2 -	Be sure to save your picks by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.

Administrator Overview

1 -	Cut-n-Paste it into your own email program and send to your contacts. It will require them to register but automatically associate them with your pool. SEE "E-mail Builder" to allow your users not to register.
2 -	Control Panel View all your entries, change entry names, edit any entry's picks, delete entries, check met entry criteria, and enter notes per entry.
3 -	E-mail Builder Enter in your friends emails, add a customer message and send unique email invites. Any user who click the unique email will NOT HAVE TO REGISTER and be placed into your pool. Each user can set their Entry Name by clicking on the "My Pools" main navigation link, then clicking the entry name to change it.
4 -	Assemble E-mails This allows you to assemble all the email addresses of your users, semi-colan delimited for use in your own email program.
5 -	Demographics Allows viewing of address information, email options mainly for sponsored pools and contest.

Administrator Control Panel

1 -	Edit/Change Bracket Edit anyone's bracket that is a member of your pool.
2 -	Selections Saved Displays "Yes" if the entry has completed all their picks. Displays "No" if some picks are missing.
3 -	Entry Name Change any entry name by clicking the name. Each user in your pool can also change their entry name by clicking "My Pools" from the navigation menu and then clicking the entry name link.
4 -	User Name Echos the user name associated with the entry.
5 -	Email Click the email link to email the owner of the entry.
6 -	Delete Delete any entry from your pool (except the Administrators which displays N/A)
7 -	Met Criteria Check this box to track meeting your pool entry criteria. Requires hitting the "Save" button.
8 -	Notes Enter in notes about each entry. Requires hitting the "Save" button.
9 -	Save Save button to keep changes in #7-Met Criteria and #8-Notes columns.

WorldCup Bracket Sample

WorldCup Bracket Step 1 -

The World Cup Bracket Pool has the user pick 1st and 2nd place teams from each Group, allowing the Bracket to be populated with your selections. It's a 4 Step process, pictured below.
